Can I change the address or recipient name?

Before Ordering

You can make changes from [My Page] → [Delivery Address].

After Ordering

If the item has not yet been shipped, it is possible to change the address or recipient name. Please inform customer support of your order number and the new delivery address. We also accept deliveries to friends or family members.
