If the delivery is marked as completed but you cannot find the package
Please first check the delivery completion notification and the tracking information from the delivery company/driver.
Things to check
- Whether a photo of the package left at your location has been received
- Whether the package has been left in front of the door, building entrance, reception, near the mailbox, etc.
- Whether a family member or housemate has received it
- Whether detailed information is available in the delivery company's tracking information
