In the event of a delay by DHL/DPD, as frozen items are packed with dry ice and wool pouches, it is often possible for them to remain frozen even after a delay of about one day. Once you receive your package, please check the condition of the frozen items. If you are not satisfied with the condition, please contact customer support immediately and we will promptly address the issue.
