Can you deliver even in my absence?

Yes, WASO supports unattended delivery (Oki-hai).
• London (within M25) → A WASO driver will leave your package in the designated location and send a notification with a photo upon completion of the delivery.
• Outside London (outside M25) → Unattended delivery to a designated location is possible in accordance with DHL/DPD regulations. Please check the courier's tracking information for details.
We offer full theft compensation, so you can use the service with peace of mind even when you are not at home. Also, frozen food is kept frozen until midnight using dry ice.
