Delivery when you are not at home
If you are not at home, we offer full compensation for unattended delivery. Also, when you select the unattended delivery option, the driver will confirm that you are actually absent before placing the items in the unattended delivery kit.
For London (inside the M25)
In our own delivery area, unattended delivery is possible even if you are not at home. The driver will leave the package at your specified location and notify you with a photo after the delivery is complete.
Outside London (outside the M25)
Unattended delivery may be made according to the rules of the delivery company. Please check the tracking information from the delivery company for details.
For orders including frozen products
Unattended delivery is also possible for orders including frozen products. Frozen items are packed in a wool pouch together with dry ice to prevent exposure to air. While cooling materials are used to maintain quality, please receive your order as soon as possible after arrival and place it in the freezer or refrigerator.
Unattended delivery kits can be collected
At your next delivery, if you hand over the unattended delivery kit (box, pouch, ice pack, etc.) or leave it outside, we will collect it. This allows us to offer a service design that is easier for everyone to purchase from both an environmental and economic perspective. If you wish, please inform the driver.
