Is it possible to change the delivery date?

You can change the delivery date yourself from your My Page.

Please change it from [My Page] → [Order History] → [Order Details] → [Change Delivery Date].
 

Deadline Times

Central London / Greater London By 10:00 pm on the day before delivery
Mainland UK outside London By 8:30 am on the day before delivery
Highlands and Northern Islands By 8:30 am two days before delivery

⚠ If you miss the above deadline times, please contact WASO Customer Support.
We will accommodate you as much as possible, but depending on the situation, changes may be difficult.
