About cancellations and changes after ordering
Even after placing your order, you can change or cancel the product contents as long as it is within the deadline. If the deadline has passed, we may not be able to accommodate your request. Thank you for your understanding.
Deadline for changes and cancellations
- If the delivery address is Central London or Greater London: by 10:00 pm the day before the delivery date
- If the delivery address is mainland UK outside London: by 10:00 pm two days before the delivery date
- If the delivery address is the Highlands or Northern Isles: by 10:00 pm three days before the delivery date
The above deadlines apply equally to changes in product contents, order cancellations, and changes to the delivery date.
If you wish to change the delivery date
Within the same deadline, you can make changes yourself via your My Page.
Please make changes from [My Page] → [Order History] → [Order Details] → [Edit Desired Delivery Date].
