If an error is displayed during payment
First, please check your order history on My Page.
If it is reflected in the order history
Your order has been completed successfully. Please also check for any duplicate orders.
If it is not reflected in the order history
- There is a possibility that the card company has temporarily put the transaction on hold.
- Even if a payment notification has been received, the order may not have been completed.
- Due to communication environment or timeout on the payment screen, the process may not have been completed.

- Registered email address
- Order time
- Screenshot of the error message
- Whether or not you have received a payment notification email
We will check the payment status and guide you accordingly.
