How may I receive my refund?

Refunds can be selected as WASO points or the original payment method. â  Please cooperate with a refund via WASO points if possible, as there is a handling fee for card refunds. WASO points can be used as a discount on subsequent purchases, with 1 point being equivalent to £0.01. The points do not expire (it is one year in the system, but can be extended if you contact us).
