Will my order still be delivered if I’m not at home?

Yes, WASO offers a "Door step delivery" option.

• Central London / Greater London: Our driver will leave your package in the specified location and send a notification with a photo once the delivery is complete.

• Outside London, UK-wide: DHL and DPD can leave your order in a safe place based on their delivery policies. Please check the tracking information for details.

  Additionally, frozen products are packed with dry ice to keep them frozen until midnight.
