You can cancel or modify your order, but changes must be made through WASO Customer Support before the cut-off time. If you wish to make changes, please contact WASO Customer Support as soon as possible.
- Central London / Greater London: Until 10:00 PM the day before delivery.
Outside London: Until 10:00 PM 2 days before delivery (for some remote areas, 10:00 PM 3 days before delivery).
⚠ If you want to change your delivery date, you can do so via your account without contacting customer support.
