I forgot to apply a promotion code. Can it be added later?

Once your order has been placed, a promotion code cannot be applied. However, we can refund the discount amount. You can choose to receive the refund as WASO Points or to your original payment method. 

⚠ As card refunds incur a processing fee, we kindly ask for your cooperation in accepting a refund in WASO Points where possible.
